Unordered merchandise CarallumaExtreme received by me on 2/17/09.

I was about to toss it in the trash but decided to search the product on Google first. I was shocked to find numerous negative comments and complaints about the company whereby other people had received the same product unsolicited, credit and debit cards had been charged and, no information included in the package, just a bottle of pills, no invoice or order date.

I then checked my credit card statement and found a charge from Adipose RX posted on 2/1/09 for a proposed transaction that took place on 1/30/09. The charge is $34.84. I have disputed the charge as erroneous. My credit card company, Chase MasterCard, is proceeding to investigate this activity.

While reading the list of on-line complaints, I noted that many of the complainants were reporting the event to their Attorneys General of different states and Utah from whence the mailing occurred as well as the state of Nevada, the purported home of the business of Lose Weight Systems. I will be taking the same action. Additionally, I am reporting the incident to the regional U.S. Postmasters General of Salt Lake City, Utah and Sacramento, California. My past experience with these entities has proven most expedient and very effective.


I believe that they will act quickly to put a stop to this deceptive practice.
