A charge on my bank statement for $35.12 has occured without my authorization, I have no hard copy or electronic copy in my posession.
My financial institution has cancelled my debit card as a prevention but how long before this happens again.
Is it time to revert back to checks, envelopes and stamps? Maybe so but I feel the postal department needs a weekend like most of us have!

Feb 9, 2009 My financial institution applied a provisional credit for the amount to my account pending investigation, shortly there after Adipose Rx applied an adjusted refund to my account. It is very important that you report any fraudulent charges to your bank immediately because they have the resources to investigate and correct without any additional legal charges.

My financial institution has taken corrective action, the charge has been corrected and once again I am in balance.
