ADIPOSE RX Unauthorized credit card charge Internet

On 2/5/09 I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $34.84 dated 2/1/09. I called the credit card company and they gave me the phone number to ADIPOSE RX. I called the company and the recorded greeting was for a weightloss product. I hung up after being on hold for 5 minutes. After researching on the internet I noticed other people have received this unauthorized charge from the same company for the exact same amount. I called my credit card company back and they have removed the charge and closed my account. This card has been previously used on the internet for other purchases.
