Admiral Enterprises-a.k.a. Admiral Enterprises Of MD, Admiral Enterprises LLC, Backyard Paradise pool service retail pool store ripoff Do not do business with ANY company owned by Craig Revai Edgewood Maryland

See ripoff report #1475520.  These people are reprehnsible and lie constantly.  This victim lost $43431.50 and was given a judgment for this loss.  They had to hire an attorney in order to be able to hold these rip off artists accountable. 

According to the report they had not received a penny despite having this judgment.  I had the same experience.  This business should be shut down.

You will also see my case in there against Admiral Enterprises of MD.  You will notice in Deidra's rebuttal she stated "We have never changed our name of our store. It has always been Backyard Paradise of Edgewood and our DBA is Admiral Enterprises of Md".  (This is in her rebuttal #4.)  In Deidra's rebuttal she claims I was never paid because my judgment was not against her company.  YET HER OWN WORDS PROVE THAT MY JUDGMENT WAS AGAINST HER COMPANY!  I never received a dime, because they just ignored the court order to pay.  Which sadly can easily be done. 

As stated in rebuttal #4 by Deidra, the sheriff's office did go to her store to try for a sale of items.  They were shown paperwork that claimed the company name to be other then the Admiral Enterprises of MD that was on the court order.  This is the only reason the sheriff's office could not compelte the writ of execution.  They had paperwork showing their company name as other then the Admiral Enterprises of MD, which proves that Deidra is lying about the claim that they have never changed their company name to evade justice.

The indisputable FACT that I got a judgment against Admiral Enterprises of MD, with Deidra's own rebuttal claim #4 they have ALWAYS used that business name, and the FACT that the sheriff's office had attempted to complete a sheriff sale against this company and could not execute the sale on this very same company name tells you that this company did something shady to evade the sheriff sale.  Think about it, I got a judgment against the comapny name that Deidra claims has ALWAYS been their name, the sheriff's office certainly wasn't going to alter the court records on the writ of execution.  The only logical conclusion is that they showed something with a different company name other then Admiral Enterprises of MD.

http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquirySearch.jis  This is under the Backyard Paradise name, you will see many of the cases overlap with the Admiral Enterprises name, and Craig Revai's name.  This is because Craig Revai was using multiple business names in order to confuse the legal system and keep wronged consumers from seeking justice.  So there is a link between Backyard Paradise and Admiral Enterprise as can be seen by the nmerous cases filed in MD court.

In addition it is not just costumers that sued Craig Revai and his businesses.  The Attorney General's office, suppliers/contractors, a newspaper, and a bank sued him or his comapny's.  Plus, some of these cases still read as active.

Now what is Deidra's response going to be to all of this?  That I'm lying?  That the Attorney General's Office, WSFS Bank, Kleenrite, Baltimore Pool Supply, Baltimore Sun, L C Hohne Contracotrs, the Maryland Home Imrpovement Commission, various customers conspired with me to sully their reputation?  That just defies credulity, but they are so confident in their ability to lie that they think everyone else will ignore all this evidence and believe their lies.

You can see where Craig Revai had gotten so over the top cocky with his ability to manipulate our legal system to evade justice, that he even sued the Maryland Home Improvement Commission in order to try to bully them into letting him continue cheating the Maryland consumers.  And here was the final result: Ordered that the decision of the Maryland Home Improvement Commission be and is hereby affirmed.  So it was proven that the Maryland Home Improvement Commission was right.

I could continue, but I think I proved my point.  If the Attorney General's Office and the Maryland Home Improvement Commission have to step in, you know there is something seriously wrong with Craig Revai and his various company's.  Plus, the list of Plaintiff's is varied and long enough to tell you that others have experienced serious issues with Craig Revai and his company's.  Changing company names does not change the person running the company.  So any company involving Craig or Deidra Revai should be avoided. 

In addition, Craig Revai makes sure to include an arbitration clause in his contracts for his businesses.  This means many of his wrongesd customers are denied a day in court, and many of his misdeeds can be concealed.  Arbitration are not part of the public record, and are easily hidden from public view.  There is nowhere you can go to ither to view his history in arbitration.  Add to this, it is becoming wel known that arbitration companies realize their very existence relies on bad businesses and their cheating of the customer.  They do all they can to side with the business, up to and including ignoring rules of law (they are not required to follow them).  The American Arbitration Association is quickly becoming known as one of the worst offenders when it comes to fairness in adjudicating cases.  Again, don't take my word for it.  Just do an internet search, or read "Boilerplate: The Fine Print, Vanishing Rights, and the Rule of Law".  It will explain exactly how the Craig and Deidra Revai's of this world get away with such unconscionable acts.

First of all, I did meet with Craig Revai PERSOANLLY prior to signing this contract.  So the claim that they bought this company after my pool was installed is a lie.  Second of all, all 6 (SIX) of Craig's company names were listed on the back of the contract as liable for the contract.  The America Arbitration Association wrongfully decided to exclude half the companies from this process.  (A subsequent Judge saw this, and was dismayed that this decision was made and could not be corrected.)  It turns out that the American Arbitration Association is not an unbiased arbitrator, they routinely ignore rules of law so that they can try to side with the offending company.  (Just conduct your own research and you will see this is true.)  There are even books published about the unfairness of the arbitration process in regards to consumers.

As for Deidra's statement that when my windows of my house were shot up she was in the hospital after just spawning.  A) When I filed my police report I indicated that I thought someone from their company had something to do with this shooting because we just had an arbitration decision that went against them.  So I NEVER singled out Deidra in this, just the company.  B) At that time Craig claimed their child was 6 months old.  So which lie is it this time?

As a final parting suggestion.  Instead of trying to determine who is telling the truth, pull civil court records regarding these company names.  Talk to the Maryland Home improvement commission about their opinions or records on these companies, or any companies owned by Craig Revai.   These are UNBIASED third parties that record information on Craig Revai's companies and activities.  This is only the tip of the iceberg so to speak.  What is recorded is only a fraction of the difficulties consumers have experienced at the hands of Craig Revai and his "businesses".

In rebuttal #1 Deidra claims that they never did business with me.  then in rebuttal #2 Deidra claims not to have heard from me regarding warranty issues.  If we had never done business with their company, then why would they then address warranty issues?  That right there should be enough to let anyone know not to do business with this company.

There were 6 names listed on the back of my contract.  Three names for the Edgewood Maryland store were there, along with three names of the Delaware store.  Craig Revai's various companies have had over 40 civil suits filed against him.  This includes various customers, suppliers, bank, newspaper etc. etc.  Also, the Maryland Home improvement Commission has had issues with Craig Revai and his business practices.  Craig Revai has claimed that they are trying to shut down his business.  Apparently they take a dim view of a pool company ripping of their citizens the way Craig Revai does. 

Now instead of all this back and forth, here is my suggestion:  there are plenty of REPUTABLE and HONEST pool companies out there.  Pick one of them.  If you feel you really want to give this company the benefit of the doubt, go to the courthouse and pull the civil suit records.  Talk to the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and get information from them on their view of this pool company.

Deidra can make up all the ridiculous lies she wants about drunks and supposed threats being made, but just because she makes outrageous lies doesn't make them true.  For example, we had a sheriff's sale at their Delaware store.  Craig Revai was not at the sale, but he called the police and said my husband had caused a "melee" in his store.  Luckily the police showed up while my husband and the sheriff's office personnel were still there.  They were able to vouch that at no time did my husband ever threaten anyone, let alone cause a melee. 

As always, if anyone has difficulties with this company I am willing to aid them.  I would state that it is probably best to get an attorney, becuase these people really know how to game the system.  For instance, with the BBB.  I did complain to the BBB in Delaware.  Craig promised to honor the warranty.  He never showed.  When I contacted the BBB, they said there was nothing else they could do, and that any response from the company keeps their satisfactory rating.

The odyssey with Jodi Walker began when her husband, whom we never saw sober, destroyed the filter on their swimming pool. After cleaning, the very large lock ring that held the two halves of the tank together was improperly installed, and after the system was turned back on the pressure inside the system caused the tank to crack. In fact the damage was so severe the tank literally had to be cut apart. We informed her that this was not a warranty issue, that there was no defect in workmanship on our part, but that the tank itself was warranted by the manufacturer and we would send the parts to them and that it was up to them if they chose to warrant the filter. She didnt care what caused the damage she just expected us to replace it, so her response was, to more than one employee, I should just get a gun and shoot someone.

Everyone at some point in there lives has met someone that they feel is beyond irrational and probably even more disturbed than that. Now youve met that person in my life.

The second time we heard from Jodi Walker was a demand for a $60,000 arbitration. We had never received a claim for any warranty, never been informed of any issue, and were never requested to look at or examine anything. To this day I have never seen her alleged problem. However, based on the evidence she submitted I can say the only time I have seen that type of damage to a fiberglass pool was when a customer drained the pool improperly and external pressure caused structural damage.

I did own more than one company. Mrs. Walker was so obsessed with damaging me personally she felt she could file a claim against any business I own. In fact she filed a claim against a business she never did business with. I attempted to address this with the arbitrator, whose ruling partially but not fully addressed the matter. The Walkers did receive a partial award. When they attempted to collect we filled a motion with the court to block it and the judge correctly ruled that the arbitrator had already ruled that this company was specifically excluded from the decision and every time Jodi Walker attempted to collect he would quash her efforts. No smoke and mirrors no changing companies, just a misguided obsession.

We have over 6000 customers in our data base, based on this complaint that would give us over a 99% satisfaction rate. We also have an A rating with the better business bureau.  We want and strive to please all of our customers, obviously that is not possible in any business. I have been doing this for 27 years. We are a better company now than we were yesterday and a much better company than we were 8 years ago and will continue to improve. We can and do provide customers with product and services that no one else in this market can.

My company did not build this pool. Unfortunatly we did have the misfortune of purchasing a sister store of the origional pool store that did build her pool. Jodi walker just cannot get it through her head that we were not involved.

We have an order of Arbitration that states we were not party to this 17K lawsuit that she has been trying to get us to pay for going on 4 years now. she has tried every possible means to get us to pay from sending a sherriff to our store to auction off our belongings to attorneys trying to get the money. Apparently everyone but her understands that we are not involved or she would have already gotten her money out of us.

We have never changed our name of our store. It has always been Backyard Paradise of Edgewood and our DBA is Admiral Enterprises of Md. We have never changed a name or filed bankruptsy as she states. She should have to prove it since she is asked to tell the truth in her statement. And again she is not... But through past experiences with Jodi Walker she wouldnt know how to tell the truth.

She is so delusional she accused me of a drive by shooting that accurred at her house in Delaware, 2 days after I delivered my son, in Maryland. I do believe I was still in the hospitol at that time. But even if I was not she is not that important that I would have even been thinking of her at that time. Or any time. But apparently someone else doesnt like her as well. She has a vindetta againt a store in Bear Delaware Called Backyard Paradise pool and spa inc. They are the people that sold her the pool. That company was never owned by Deidra Revai or Craig Revai. We bought a sister store in the Maryland Location called Backyard Paradise of Edgewood. She has threatened us physically, and she has made false police reports. she spends her time suing people. At the time of our suits brought on by her, she had 6 other suits in the works, and or already completed. What does that tell you. Some people just have to do what they can to pay their bills I guess.

In all, she has never recieved a penny from us for this law suit because we are not party to this law suit.
