what a ripoff these people are a joke. first take our money, dont provide the service agreed apon.

we waited for weeks to meet Lee Strayer only to find out three days prior to meeting Mr. Strayer we recived a phone call for the superintendent from the local shelter telling us that there would be no transaction because the dogs were so sick that they would never leave to state line. Great nice job guys take the money and run. Everything sounded so great on the phone and all the e-mails from Patty Strayer almost to good to be true and to find out it really was.

After the interactions with Patty Strayer we had a dry erase board on the fridge that my three kids would count down the days until we got are new puppy, what a conversation with my 8 year old son.

We only wanted to help a poor dog in need of a home and we promised our old dog we had put to sleep that the next dog we would adopt, yeah right im tired of that run around they make it so hard to adopt an animal its almost impossible to do and then we go through this crap.

So not to go into detail so much just really upset with these people, but on the lighter side we are in the process of trying to get our money back lets hope we do. Dont try to call them after the failed adpotion they just kinda laugh in your face telling you that you gotta do what u gotta do....so i did i called their lawyer Amber Neil 765-254-1314, she said she thought we were intitled to get our money back. so if anybody wants to adopt a dog or any animal dont use these guys. but if its to late the guy Phil at the local shelter was great to deal with i talked to him about the whole thing just trying to get our money back until i found out he was from a government agency and had nothing to do with this just his job of shutting down the operation.

DO YOUR RESEARCH DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU IM SURE THERES A GOOD ADOPTION CENTER OUT THERE. 

TO EVERYONE OUT THERE THATS HAD THIS HAPPEN TO YOU WE FEEL YOUR PAIN WE NEED TO HAVE THIS OPERATION SHUT DOWN ASAP OR GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT STARTED.  SORRY TO EVERY PERSON THATS HAD TO DEAL WITH THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!
