2005, I found  Adoption Ark photo list in precious.org (adoption broker website) I found a four year old Lera and call inquired information about her.

Dina confirm that Lera is healthy and ready to adopt. she ask me hurry to send in $3,000.00 dollars to place Lera on hold for me to adopt or someone else will snap her away.

We discuss the fees and Lera fee is $17,500.00 dollars. the second child sibling group ,no addtional fee unrelate $3,000.00 dollars more.

The adoption process is take nine month to final.

May 2005,  i sent my dossier to Natasha to chek  along with $2,500.00 dollars for review my dossier plus $500.00 dollars for postplacement of two children.

Just right at the moment my hope was high and exciting to see Lera then Elina told me Lera is mental retardation. I feel like I have a death of a child.

Summer 2005. Elina sent me to Fresno to meet the children from Russia who vacation in U.S to adopt.  The children were not available for me because the host family paid for their travel expensive so they got to bring them home.

January 2006. She sent me to Yaroslav, Russia to meet with the children.

Olga pick me up and told me that she did not know my comming prior a few hours of my arrival.

Four days latter Olga told me to go home because Adoption Ark had mismanagerment my documents.  They sent my dossier to another region and could not located them.

Summer 2006,  Natash sent me to Ivanovo, Russia along with many of her clients form States to meet the children in summer camp to choose the child/children bonded to adopt.

The children are adoreable and wonderful! Love , kiss, and a lot of hugs.

The bitten true is I never see them again. because they are the wild gooses.

At the end of the summer Elina, Alena Karajov and Vladimir of Ivanovo told us that the person who in charge of adoption is out for vacation. We all have to go home and no adoption application was submit.

wo months after I came home.  Elina told the adoptiona law in Russia had changed. the Department of Education request that the adoptive parents must present before them to adopt and she can not represent for me.

Before I leave for Rusia for the the third times, Elina raise the fee of the second child to $10,000.00 dollars. I have a big arguement with her and she agree to go back with the ariginal fee.

On about July 2006, I went back to Ivanovo. Vladimir use the same pattern that the person in charge of adopition is out of vacation and I have to wait.

Two days before my visa expire, he came back and told me the children I were request are not availale.

He sent Rushnia to take me meet the mental retardation children. I refused. Elina very mad at me she call and screaming in my ear.

next day, they took me to older children with medical complication.

I don't  want to go but Elina threaten to stopped my adoptin with no refund and destroy m y adoption by report with the epartment of Education that I am mental unstable.

I have no choice but go to meet the children and hope they are not very sick.

I met a six years old boy lexander.  But they don't let me meet his sister who is a few years older then he is. They said the gilr is on vacation faw away and not coming back for a long time.  The boy still wet in bed and slower than his age.  Rushania said the orphanage director  approved my me to adopt Alexander alone.  

Rushania  made sure I sign the adoption acceptance before she takes me to see the girl.

The next day Rashania took me to meet the girl name Alena with heart murmur.  She also has a brother who is sixteen years old.  Rushaina told me the director and the children agree for me to adopt Alena alone since the boy is sixteen and do n ot wish to be adopt or leave Russia.

Right after I signed an agreement to adopt Alena, Rushania told me that Adoption Ark sent her incomplete of my dossier. She sent me home to complete  it.

After I complete my dossier second times and sent to Adoption Ark  but Elina never sent to Russia.

Elina said that she just find out that Alena's brother who is sixteen years old can be adopt along with his younger sister and ske me to request my Home Study for me to adopt three children at the same time.

My Home Study refused because I am a single woman adopt three children at the same time is not a good thing specail the boy is sixteen and spent time in orphange for long time.

Elina stopped process the adoption and wait until my Home Study and m y finger print going to expire in two months she then told me that the children and the orpahnage change their mind they want me to adopt the sibling together.

I agree to adopt younger children which lexander and his sister. Elina saidI can only adopt the boy but not his sister if I want to adopt the gilr I must pay her another $16.000.00 dolalrs. or I have to adopt the sisteen years old sibling.

I refused and she stopped  my adoption. I wore her a letter request to return my money and my dossier. She try to buy time by have Ally call me and sai dthat the person who is take care my case is on vacation.

And have Ally call m y Home Study social   worker bad mounth about me to prevent them renew my Home Study.

Adoption Ark fraudulently took monies for promised the placement of  the healthy children were not earned, were for the service not provided, were for the expenses not incurred, and/or not paid to the parties whom I was paid which in fact the child is mental retardation or the child was never exist.

Adoption Ark knew that the children available for independent adoption were older children, some of whom had suffered emotional trauma as a result of disruption in their biological families and "special needs" children, who are included children with psychological or physical handicaps.
