Adoption International Program AIP AIP, Christen Brown and Orson Mozes under criminal investigation Santa Barbara California

The District Attorney's office of Santa Barbara County is conducting a criminal investigation of Orson Mozes and Christen Brown. In consideration are theft by false pretenses and 'bait and switch' type schemes for the adoption of children from European countries through AIP. These would be felony charges. No charges have been filed yet and the DA's office is seeking former clients to build a case. Many have come forward already.
