Adora Body Sculpting Clinic Garbage excuse for a business!! Brandon, Florida

Adora Clinic is complete and utter garbage excuse of a business! Do not go to this place. Me and my sister bought the Groupon deal for $100 for a 6 session upper lip hair removal deal and were only able to attend 3-4 sessions before the deal expired a year after purchase. They let too many people purchase the deal and were overbooked for months at a time. We were able to go in about once ever 3-4 months if we were lucky. During the summer they had something called a 'summer freeze' where from July - September there were absolutely no appointments for laser hair removal available. They offered us 6 free sessions for another small area of our choice.

When I made my first appointment after the summer freeze I was afraid that since my Groupon expired  I would have to pay more out of pocket. I didn't thank goodness! But when I went to my appointment Wednesday morning 10/24/12 the minute I walked in the door and told her I had an appointment at 10:45 in the morning the receptionist said 'Sorry but we are not offering laser hair removals sessions anymore at Adora'. Complete bullsh*t!! They completely denied me of what I paid for and my upper lip hair still grows back so I basically paid for nothing. I didn't get a call or warning telling me not to bother to come in because of their change. I know everybody out there is hurt that they won't be getting their money back just like I am.

I am a struggling Engineering student at USF and $100 means a lot to me. But to Adora and Groupon we are just part of their scam!!!!! It seems that they purposely let many people buy up the offer for cheap and overbook themselves to the point where your lucky if you can even find an appointment to go to around your personal schedule. They have no sympathy for anybody. They don't care about your image. They just want your money. Don't buy into it, there are 1000+ people who bought up this deal and Adora knew they couldn't treat them all. For them to tell me that I am 'no longer a participant for the sessions' is a lame bullsh*t excuse to say 'Don't come back, we already have your money!'.
