Our company purchased a "custom designed website" from Adovio - a website design and marketing business. We went through a long process of waiting for the website to be designed by Adovio after almost a year. After the process of waiting was almost complete our Marketing Director discovered our “custom designed website” created by Adovio was simply a template purchasable from Themeforest (a website template company). We paid $7000 for the same exact site that they paid only $55. Our contract stated we would be receiving a custom designed website and we received something that almost 36,000 other people had purchased, as stated on the total sales on Themeforest for that particular template. Adovio did not change any of the layout or design other than adding our logo and a couple of photos and colors. Other than those features added it was the exact template, which Adovio - Sy Wemhaner (owner) admitted to using after we discovered and confronted him about it. Sy Wemhaner proceeded to admitting that he used the template from Themeforest and he promised to refund the full amount back to us for the website. We still have not received the refund of $7000 as of September 23rd, 2013.

This report is a complete hoax. We do not build websites...
We at Adovio only work with large International and Fortune 100 Institutions and do not provide services to small organizations. We have more than 7,000 customers and generate more than 1MM phone calls a month and have never had a complaint that we didn't reconcile immediately.
We invite the person who wrote the false report to contact us directly and kindly remove it.
