ADP Total Pay Card CLASS ACTION PLEASE! targets low income/hourly wage earners and steals their money Miami Florida

I want a class action to be filed against this corrupt, racist, classist company! I have spoken with dozens of my coworkers that have had the same problems with ADP.

It is my feeling that they target lower income and hourly wage earners whose employers insist on "paperless payroll". If you don't/can't have a checking account, you HAVE to use the card to get paid, leaving some people with no other choice.

They have repeatedly overcharged, and double charged me for transactions, and made ME chase the money down to get back what is rightfully mine. They also keep telling me that they are sending me a password so that I can view my ADP card activity online, and it never show up in my email so I have no way to track all the theft.

My feeling is that they hope that people will just give up, and not fight for their money, and this time they messed with the wrong woman. As so many other Americans, I work really hard for my money, and they have no right to steal it from me.

The latest thing they have done is to tell me that I was in Las Vegas emptying out my paycard, when I was actually at home in bed in California. ADP insists that it was a PIN transaction, and that I HAD to have been present to make it. they called me a liar and said that since I live within driving distance of Vegas, that I MUST have been there.

I have called the corporate offices of the business where I supposedly made this giant transaction, and was told repeatedly that they DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS, so there is NO POSSIBLE WAY that a PIN transaction could have been made. They were kind enough to search their records for my ADP card number, and IT IS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM- anywhere- ever.

ADP says that it will take 45-90 days for me to get my money back because they have to do an ivestigation where they get the security video tapes from the bar where I supposedly spent all my money to prove that it wasn't me. This is NOT acceptable.

Please tell eveyone that you know NOT TO USE ADP Total Pay, and refer them to this site! I WANT A CLASS ACTION!!!
