I read with interest( and sympathy) Angela from New Zealand's report on AdPockets and Kyle Fultz. I also got the same notorized promise to refund my money, months ago and still have yet to see a cent back.
I saw the ad for the business card displays in two reputable Small Business magazines, as well as Kyle's AdPockets website, and after speaking to Mr Fultz on numerous occasions, and having him send me creative ideas by e-mail, I too felt comfortable enough to order the displays and was naive enough to send him a cashier's check for $3036 last September. NEVER buy
with check--the credit card company would have provided m protection.
I tried to cancel the order within days, because I became increasingly uncomfortable, but I was told the order was complete, except for some "missing screws", and that I could not cancel the order.
The truth is the only "missing screws" were in my head for trusting this person.
Of course the order NEVER came, and after filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and finding I was one of at least 6 complaints against AdPockets, Kyle finally contacted me and agreed to pay me back in full if I sent a message to the Better Business Bureau saying he was sincere in wanting to settle the issue. I too, like Angela received the notorized promise to pay. Of course this was months ago and I have not received ONE PENNY back.So now that it is one month shy of a year,
I am convinced that my money is long gone.
I did call the police, and they said it was not something they could settle to contact the Attorney General an maybe they could pursue Mr Fultz.
I cannot believe that someone is allowed to get away with bilking people out of thousands of dollars and he is still allowed to post a website and take people's money and not deliver the order, and not end up in jail.
I will be sending copies of this and other supporting documents to Marc Dann, the LIMA Attorney General.
I have lost faith in the system and would love to see Mr Fultz charged with the fraud he is committing.

All right, first off, your in Bensalem. What part are you at?
I am in NE Phila. I called Fultz also to find out what his creation is all about.
Second, I am going to have some youtube videos out and I have something in mind.
Why pay for a couple of thousands of dollars?
He won't tell me a whole lot about what exactly they do.
It is stands that you can put on candy machines but depending on a location I am still trying to figure out how you are making an opportunity.
When the videos come out people will see why I am good at what I am.
His website is decent but it doesn't tell everything.
