Adrenaline Fatigue Institute - Cylapril On May 19, 2009, the terms and agreements did not state they would charge me after 14 days. The website has since been updated with this info, but they claim it was. Lewiston ME

On May 19, 2009 I ordered a FREE 30-day supply of Cylapril from the Adrenaline Fatigue Institute. As always, I read the Terms and Conditions before I order anything, and there was no mention of having to call after 14 days to discontinue my *MEMBERSHIP*. It was a RISK-FREE offer, all I was supposed to pay is 11.80 Shipping.

On June 4, 2009 they AUTOMATICALLY charged my card for $54.95. I have been trying to call the number that appeared on my statement 1-888-581-2925 for over a month, usually I get a message that says. "All our representatives are busy, Please call back later. Click" I finally got through today, July 8, 2009 and they refuse to give me my money back because "The terms and conditions state that I must call during the first 14 days to discontinue my membership." I have a printout of the Web Page Order Form, and it does not state this anywhere. The updated form which has been updated since I ordered, now includes this statement. I told them I had refused the next shipment, and they say that they cannot refund my money because I did not get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the shipment. And once they receive it, they will set is aside or ship it back out since there is no RMA number.

Any idiot shipping department should be able to figure out that is a shipment is returned REFUSED that the customer DOES NOT WANT THE ITEM and should credit the account accordingly, but apparently these folks aren't intelligent to be able to process this information. I was going to get an RMA number at that time, but he said he can't help me and I told him to talk to my wife, and he hung up on me. I will try calling the number that is printed on the order form for Customer Service tomorrow, and hopefully will be able to resolve this scenario.

They seem very reluctant to credit my account, even though I told them their product does not help my wife lose weight or feel better. They spoke as though they were baffled that it did not help her.
