I can't take down the original posting even though this is ALL LIES.  I AM SO SORRY THAT I POSTED THIS.  I was very mad and did something stupid.

When I was shown the apartment I am currently renting, by the properties management company NO2 LLC, I was lied to. Firstly, I had expressed to them why I was looking for a first floor apartment that had a front yard so that I could easily let my pit bull out and have access to such an area for playtime with her. They assured me that 'This was the place' that i was looking for then. So I stopped looking and was confident that I had found the perfect apartment. I signed the lease for June 15th. My lease in my old apartment wasn't up until July 1 so I took my time moving into the new place. Now, EVERY LEASER AND LEASEE KNOWS THAT THE APARTMENT IS TO BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED BEFORE THE TENANT MOVES IN. By June 27 I began moving boxes in and found that the apartment had not been touched! None of the things that needed to be fixed prior to my move in, had been fixed yet! On top of that, the apartment had also NOT BEEN CLEANED ONE BIT! Now this is going on almost two weeks after my signed move in date of June 15th. So I called NO2 LLC and let him know that nothing had been fixed nor cleaned. I expressed to him that I understood if he had many other things to worry about so I explicitely told him " It's ok for now, I am not moving in officially until July 1. As long as these things are taken care of before I move in officially with all my furniture on the 1st, it's ok." NO 2 LLC then proceeded to say that it wasn't their fault, it was the woman they hired to clean, not showing up, and their plumbers had bailed on them. Come July 1st when I moved in IT STILL HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED AND NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED STILL!!! Then, I get a call at 10pm as I am falling asleep, from the manager to move my car because I had parked in his spot. Now, realize he could have parked in any of the other open spaces. I expressed to him that he had not assigned me a spot yet and so I just parked where I could. He then said he would assign me a spot the next day but for now he wanted me to get up out of bed and move my car because it was " in his spot'. I expressed to him I had a long day and had to be up at 6am and would really appreciate it if he could just park in another spot and let me go back to sleep. HE THEN RUDELY EXLAIMED THAT I 'HAD' TO MOVE MY CAR AND THAT THERE WAS 'NO DISCUSSION'. So, that makes two actions so far that would piss anyone off. Next: 3 weeks into my stay I had still not recieved a key to my mailbox. Luckly, I was home most days and retreived my mail from the postman. After a month, the postman said he could not just hand me my mail anymore that I HAD to get a key. So I called management and expressed the urgency of getting a key. it took him two days to even tell me where I could find my key, in his mail box. When the key did not work, he then told me he had to fix the mailbox and thus I had to wait another 4 days to get my MAIL!!!! I was also told two weeks into the stay that I couldn't play with my PITBULL on the front lawn!! Even though he told me i could when I was shown the apartment, and he knew I was renting this place specifically because of the access to the front lawn. That, sent me over the edge with anger. Then my kitchen sink's drain was clogged and the dishwasher began leeking all over the floor. I called them and told them the problem and they said their 'guys' would be over to fix it in the am. They never showed up and I called them back. They blamed all this mis haps on the people they hired to do the jobs. After the men had left from fixing the drain they had not put a single item back that they removed from my kitchen. Thus, leaving 40% of my kitchen filled with cleaning supplies, etc...along with two wet and dirty rags that MY MOTHER, WHO WAS VISITING, SLIPPED ON AND FELL FROM!! When I asked No 2 LLC for the name and number of the properties owner he lied...and also gave me an attitude. My neighbor,who is also a new tenant but got evicted already for not paying her rent, has told me numerous accounts of the same lack of responsibility and poor management as well as the rude tone.I am furious and want Justice. NO2 LLC DOES NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY TO MANAGE APARTMENTS.

The owners of the property of 1*** Havenhurst created a dog friendly environment to bring residents in but refuses to follow through with allowing dogs to be played with,free, on the property.
