I had paid an annual membership to this company over a month ago.  During this time not a single daily attempt to back up my hard drive was successful.  The company has been completely unresponsive to my requests for support.  They do not provide a phone number so the only method of contact is email.  Do not use this service.

ADrive strives to provide the best possible customer service for our customers and we are very sorry to hear about your experience with ADrive.  When you signed up for your Signature/Premium account a phone number was provided in the receipt email.  We answer that number 24/7.  In addition, we also provide answers via support@adrive.com and monitor the community forums on our site to help our users help each other.  

We also provide a 14-day free trial to allow user to confirm that the service fits their needs before they are charged the first time.
