I am a mortgage broker in Florida and this Scam Company Totally ripped me off. I sent them a check for $1235 via Fed Ex to and address in Florida. That was 60 days ago. I call and email daily, but no response. This guy is a total scam. I wish that I had done more research because you should never pay for marketing or advertising or leads with a check.
Always use a credit card. Now I am totally out this money. If I do hear from this scam thief he always has excuses and he even blames me for the fact that he has done nothing. I think this scammer is the same scammer that has ripped off Mortgage brokers in other cities because i can now find BBB complaints in many playces and those people's complaints are just like mine.
I hate scammers. Hopefully some one will see this and NEVER send out a check for leads.
