i called adt yesterday, they transfered my to premeire provider defender, told me i was getting a key fobe,glass breaker dector ,camera, motion detector, window sensors,key pad, and 867 dollar credit to use towards adt equiment. plus a 100 dollar visa gift card,  i told them i wanted to see everything up front be fore the started install. so i could make sure i was getting what i agreeded on. well when i walked inside he had already put a hole through my sheetrock to install the key pad and just wized through the rest of the install not listening to me much, so my biggest concern was getting wireless camers on the 4 outsides of the house, heres the end result, he took away my 867 dollar credit and 100 dollar gift card, gave me no cameras, a front and back door sensor, 2 glass break dectors and stickers , and told me i would have to call some number in 24 hours to activate my 300 dollar gift cards, then they would over night them and i had to buy the cameras and call them 24 hours ahead of time to get them to come out to install them .

so i call adt they say the defender company was wrong and transfered me to them , in which case how conveinet for them noone till monday and i only have 5 days,,,, now 4 days to cancel my service. so even if someone tries to break in or vandalize my home i have no proof and im stuck paying for whatever dmage is done , hence my homeowners rates will now go up! yours truly , endangered senior in fl.

Ive still yet to recive any refund even though i signed their cancel contract the first day and my bank is still fighting them . we have call adt and defender and they just keep lying.

theve had their equitment back a month ago . and its been a over a month since i canceled all i got left is a huge hole in my wall.

more money and no protection

adt just took 113 more dollars out of my account, im a senior citizen and live on a tight budject. wich will now throw other bills into over draft, i have 5 days to cancel this whole contract and get all my money back which is about where im at right now, if adt doesnt have a install tech. out here to install all my equitment with quality equitment and not junk first thing in the morning , then i will get a disiblity laywer and with the socical security admisstration and file a law suit,

im not digruntled i just dont like being lied to  i basicly dont have any protection and this is a high crime area and was told everything would be installed yesterday and the guy was not honest with me . who gos to install a promised security system and doesnt have all the equitment and then tells the customer to order their camera and other equitment on amazon, and it was cheapo equitment, im so over being taken advantage of because im a senior citizen and diabled.
