It's very possible the company rebuts what I write. Therefore, I should like to preface this by emphasizing that there is nothing emotional about what I am writing. Everything I write is factual.
I had been a customer of Adult DVD Marketplace for several years without incident. I made repeat purchases, was a great customer, and I always felt satisfied. And then in 2016 I purchased a DVD, listed as new, that came to me severely scratched and unable to play. I contacted Adult DVD Marketplace about this issue, and I was going to be made to pay for shipping to send the item back, which I politely refused to do. Why should a buyer who receives a damaged item have to pay to send the item back? I even recorded a video documenting the scratched DVD and posted it to Dropbox for Adult DVD Marketplace to view, sending a link to it, yet Adult DVD Marketplace wouldn't even take the time to view the video. Adult DVD Marketplace at first was not going to refund me. I said that I would protest the charge with my bank. At no time did I use profanity nor write anything impolite. All correspondence was done through email and is documented.
Subsequent to saying I would protest the charge with my bank - something I had never done with any Adult DVD Marketplace purchase before - I was then issued a refund and then banned from the website. It's certainly the right of Adult DVD Marketplace to ban me. But that doesn't mean it is the right thing to do, nor does it mean it is the right way to treat customers. The implication of this is that, rather than being objective in buyer-seller disputes, Adult DVD Marketplace is biased against the buyers. If a buyer has a problem with a purchase, there is a good chance that buyer will not be properly treated, and should the buyer request the problem resolved, that buyer could very well be banned from the site. Incredibly, I was banned for requesting exactly what Adult DVD Marketplace eventually did, and that is a refund.

i too have been banned from ADM(ADULTDVDMARKETPLACE) for questioning their practices i will be making my own rip-off claim soon this company ripped off for a large sum of money and when i questioned them about it-banned try to go to the site and log in my account has been terminated.so you can buy from this site but if anything goes wrong and you question it terminated,which means you cannot contact them,can't leave negative feedback,can't contact the seller .
if anybody else has been banned from this site i encourage and look forward to your experiences and if their are a lot of responses perhaps in the future a web site devoted to their dubious business practices. thanx
