advance body science,llc scientific health,llc they ripped me off ..no refund and never sent the product they billed me for Willmington Delaware

i found their web site on facebook.. i ordered the trial bottle of royal garcinia cambogia..they said pay only shipping..when i recieved my bottle they also sent and charged me for a bottle of ultra green coffee bean which i did not order..then i received an email saying they billed me 89.95 and 92.53 plus shipping for a reg automatic delivery shippment..i read the web site from front to back and there was nothing that stated you were enrolling in automatic shippments..i would not have ordered anything at all as i live on ssi disability..

now my bank account was bounced for the amount they billed and 35.00 each for the bank overdraft fee and since i do not get paid again till the 1st of the month i will be charged 20.00 from my bank every week it is negative..i called them 10 different times to try to get my money back..i was told there was a no refund policy..but as i read further into their policy from a web site they gave to me i told them in about line 7 it states they do give one time refunds if you are not satisfied with their product..they still argued with me and told me no refunds at all...then i was hung up on a couple of times hense the 10 calls to them..when i asked for a superviser i was told they were all busy and couldnt talk..they have cancelled any future shipments but they never sent me the product they charged me for already and wont give a refund...total rip off they really need to be put out of business
