Received several emails from this company, they threatened me with criminal charges, they had my bank info, did  not provide a phone # or address, wanted to collect on a payday loan but would not give me the specific name of the company he represented, this is what he said: "We are talking about the creditor Advance Cash Loan Services ACS is the parental company which owns & operates more than 350 parental payday loan websites CASH Net USA, Cash America Speedy Cash & 500 Cash Advance etc. And you have used one of them to get this loan approved. They do have your e-mail address and SSN. And also would like to mention your computer's IP address was traced when you were appllying for the loan. The company has  more than 14 technical evidences in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your ____(name of my bank) Bank Account." He said I owe over $900 but offered me a cash settlement of $300.
