I have been receiving phone calls, upon phone calls for years now...I told them if they were legit to contact me in writing so this is what I received:

The case file will be downloaded on Monday (July 13th 2015) and you will be soon served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. They are so ignorant that they can't even spell their name correctly in an email and what case are they talking about?
They try to make you think that they have your file and that they are going to have you arrested...They also try to intimidate you, especially if you are over 60...they think you are stupid and incapable of using the internet...little do they know they met their match...I am very techie as I work for a tech company, I am tired of getting these phone calls at work, on my cell and now in my emails!
I have told them to stop bothering me, I had no idea what they were talking about, I monitor my credit report all the time and there is nothing on there that is of any concern...it is free and clear of any derogatory remarks...so they needs to stop bothering me!!
