Advance Marketing Group, Quantum, Innovage Empty promises, Rhino rage, over juiced, under paid, SCAM!!! Jacksonville Florida

I went on a first round interview and it was quick and painless. To quick. i got accepted to a second round interview and went. I thought it sounded like a good company because of the charity part of it. It was a weird interview: I went all day with Jeff and got in his car that had Wisconsin plates on it. He explained that it was a new company in Jacksonville and had huge growth potential. I enjoyed my day because of the charity. Advance Marketing Group made it sound like I was lucky and should thank them for accepting a job later that night.

Well, on my very first day it began to fall apart. I got to the office (it was really ran down) and no one was even there! I waited and finally got let in. The people were screaming and yelling juice. WEIRD?! They explained that it pumps them up for the day. The morning meeting consisted of how to take money from people. It raised a question in my head because all Jeff could say was that we're NOT salespeople. Well, that morning focused on how to take money from people without them knowing it! The president Kielia, showed us how to take a credit card and up sell a customer and walk away with a bunch a junk made from Innovage that they don't need.

I was appalled at the fact that we stood outside of a Wal-Mart and asked people to help out the charity when only 5% goes to the charity! I did some research on Quantum and it's astonishing on how dirty the company is! People stop and buy stuff at one of those tables and think that they are making a difference. it's not! The marketing company is making 95% profit off of all the products!

My paycheck for that day was less than minimum wage and I don't know how someone could live off from 17.5% of sales! The check didn't even cover my gas bill for the day!
