November 11, 2006 - Contacted Advanced Placement service with request to place 5 coffee machines.

November 28, 2006 - Barry James Manager of the Southern Division, Advanced Placement provided a contract.

November 29, 2006 - I contacted Advanced Placement to request a local placement person to place 5 coffee machines.

December 6, 2006 - I returned the contract and a deposit check for $750.00. The check was cashed on December 9, 2006.

December 11 to December 22 I called every weekday to find who would be finding placement for my machines. For an entire month of calling

January 8, 2007 - I received phone call from St Clair Smith, local placement person for Advanced Placement. He indicated he was the placement person for my machines. During this conversation, I repeated my request to have the machines placed in the Cherry Hill, Morristown and Marlton Areas. He did not check these areas.

January 9, 2007 - Mr. St Clair Smith contacted me to state he would meet me the following day.

January 10, 2007 - Mr. Smith arrived in NJ and surveyed Mullica Hill, NJ and Blackwood, NJ areas. He took me to 2 potential clients in Mullica Hill, NJ.
He was unable to place any machines on this date.

January 11, 2007 - Mr. Smith contacted me that evening to say if I followed up with the leads he identified, and I told him no. The following day I was contacted by Mr. Smith. He again asked if I had followed up on the leads he identified and I told him no. Mr. Smith did not attempt to contact me after this date.

January 15 to January 26 I continued to call Steve Baird and Jay Baird at Advance Placement to find out why my machines were not place as committed in the contract provided on December 6, 2006. They did not have an answer and are unwilling to return the deposit of $750.

January 29, 2007 - Contacted by Steve Baird and told Mr. Smith would be in contact with me today. Mr. Smith left a voice mail on my business phone at 10:20 pm.

January 30, 2007 - I contact Mr. Smith today by phone and left voice mail to call me.
