Advance Telecom Ripped off when downloading Sun's OpenOffice freeware under the guise of a "support plan" Nationwide
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Same thing happened to me in June: PRIOR to downloading OpenOffice was presented with a 'support page' - thinking it was from SUN, I agreed (total bill $35.01).
