i have been receiveing phone calls from a Sean Foster stating He was taking me to court for a loan that i had taken out for $300.  I have never taken a loan out in my life.  He said if i didnt pay him now he was taking me to court and legal actions will be taken out on me.  This guy has called my cell phone and my work.  he indicated who my bank was and the routing number but did not know my account number.  I told him i never took out a loan and to stop calling me he has called back numerous times
