Advance Wellness Research Inc, William Smith, Jamie Wilson Company that sells acai berry denies charging me for more than one bottle Miami Beach Florida Internet

I was on the internet one day when the acai berry pop-up ad appeared. I read the ad and decided to try the product. I did not read the negative reviews people were leaving until I got off the phone with them. I called them back within 15 minutes and told them I wanted to cancel. They offered me the trial bottle @ $18.81 and said I would not be charged any futher because I did not want the product. The next day the company called, they needed my card number to charge me for shipping. I told them that the website had already charged me and they said the website did not.

I ended up paying $ 4.99 on 2/19/09 for shipping, $1.99 on 2/21/09 for shipping. I called back and sent them an email to dispute the charges. They said I ordered two bottles by mistake but they would take care of it. There is only ONE trial bottle, not two. I took the product for three days and it gave me gas so I stop taking it. Two days later another bottle arrived. I called and emailed them and they said they would take care of it. On 3/08/09 I was charged $78.81. I called and emailed AGAIN and they gave me a refund of $60.00. On 3/21/09 and 3/23/09 I was charged $ 23.80.

I called customer service and they said for me to check with my bank because they did not charge me. The charges were on my bank statements. I sent an email to William Smith and sent him an attachment that included the inserts from my bank statement where they had charged me. William told me to check with my bank again because they had already given me a refund. I explained to him that the refund was from the charge on 3/08/09 because I was only supposed to be charged $18.81 and I was charged $78.81. He said they didn't owe me a refund and to call customer service for further assistance. I called customer service this morning and they said they never charged me on 3/21/09 and 3/23/09. I bank with Wachovia and I don't think they would make up charges!
