Advanced Access is a real estate website service. We signed up in January 2010 and canceled on May 1, 2010. During that time the website was down repeatedly. Email bounced back to our clients. Over and over again we called technicians and managers to fix the problems.

Advanced Access blamed the registrar (GoDaddy, but we have other websites registered with GoDaddy and never, ever have a problem; great tech support the few times we've needed help). Again and again we would set the DNS, wait two days for the website to go live, only to have it disappear again within days. Over and over we put in the email addresses, which would disappear and start bouncing to our clients.

Finally we'd had enough, called to cancel and were told that we could not cancel and they would continue to bill us every month until the year's contract was up.

First, Advanced Access was in breach of contract. They were supposed to provide a working website and email and they did not. We figure the site and email did not work about half the time.

Second, the Advanced Access salesman had promised we could cancel with 30 days notice. When we tried to cancel the 'manager' Phil said we could only cancel within the first 30 days.

Third, I've discovered a website of former Advanced Access employees who call the company "shady" and say "frankly the service does not work" and "stay away from Advanced Access".
