I ordered the Tru Ceramic Pro from Advanced Beauty Solutions after I saw an infomercial back in September. I paid $14.99 initially to try the product & if I kept it after a month, I agreed to pay a small payment every month. I received the product which was completely unsatisfactory so I sent it back within the same week I received it.

I waited for my refund, but instead Advanced Beauty Solutions charged me a double payment within one month ($79.98). I contacted them at the number on my credit card (800)915-4182 and spoke to Luis at ext 214. He said they had received my return and he was processing my refund.

So, I waited and on my next bill there was a credit for $39.01, not even half of what they charged me! So I called again and another moron said they were refunding the remaining $40.97. Of course, that never happened so called them again on 1/18/06 and now there's a message stating they are restructuring their customer service dept and to call again later or you can email them.

I emailed their customer service department a month ago and still haven't heard back from them. Guess they screwed over enough people with their crappy products and had to end up refunding everyone!
