Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corp If you work for them you wont get paid !!!! Columbus Ohio

My company has been working with this company for over a year now and have been giving them the benefit of the doubt with no success. We were originally told we would get paid 45-60 days from the date of invoice and when payments were not coming in I contacted the A/R department and they informed me it would be 45-60 Business days not calendar days so I waited and still did not get paid. It is like pulling teeth to get payment from them.

In Jauary we bent over backwards to complete a work order to move furniture from one loation in Sacramento to two different locations (one in Merced and one in Modesto) over 300 miles of driving and we had to rent a truck. We have waited the alloted 60 business days and when I contact them to collect payment they tell me they have not been paid and they have all new accounting staff so we have to wait for them to figure out what is going on before they can get us payment.

I inform them that that was not acceptable and they state that the longer they have to deal with me on the phone the longer it will take to get paid. They also told me that all the staff in their office has only been working for 5 days. They have overall HORRIBLE Customer service and I would not recommend doing any type of work for this company. They want something for nothing and give you the run around when you try to question them on their procedures.

They also are putting the blame on PacSun, so i called PacSun corp. office and they told me that they let Advanced Facilities go due to complants to them about non payment for work done in their stores. At this time Advanced Facilities has no answers on when or if i will ever get paid, and PacSun has no answers too. IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID FOR YOUR WORK DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
