Advanced Media Corp/Phil Parker Mortgage leads Internet

The same Phil contacted me after I had been forwarded an email about their lead program.  After a very professional phone call, I basically got the identical email that you did, even down to the " we stopped after we got 1500 hits on our search".  I was told that if I paid half upfront, they would guarantee 7 closings per month.  And, if I didn't get 7 closings, they would refund my money. 

 I finally decided I would proceed, and spent 2 weeks calling his personal number, the company number, and sending multiple emails to multiple email addresses.  When after 10 days I still had gotten no responses, I started researching the company a bit deeper.  I saw your post today which confirmed my suspicions about this company.  Thank goodness I didn't send any money yet.  I hope you get yours back!
