This company robs you with out using a gun...

After loading your furniture your price goes up considerable and after you pay it they tell you your furniture will be there in 7 to 10 days. Reality is you don't see your funiture for weeks. They keep promising to deliver, it just does'nt happen.

When it arrives or should I say "what" arrives is serverly damaged or totaly destroyed. I think the reason it takes so long for it to be delivered is they need time to go thru it and pick out what they want. At least one-third of out shipment never made it. Then they jack you around with filing a claim report and once that's filed they stop talking or taking any calls. They think you will go away, well here's one that's not going away.

I too was a victim of this company in Oct/Nov 2002. I consulted with an attorney from my "legal plan" but he was useless. He advised to "pay now, sue later" but wouldn't represent me or help in any other way. I paid the much inflated price and finally got SOME of my stuff and what I did get was damaged. If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit being filed, please let me know. I'll be a witness for any other lawsuit that's filed against this company, too. dtegtmeier@excite.com will get the info to me. GOOD LUCK TO US ALL!

I feel the same way. They will be sorry that they ever met me. I don't like being taken advantage of and I will work until I get them out of business!!

We have contacted a lawyer and he has sent them a letter (this has been about a week ago). He is a very relentless lawyer and will not let them get away with this.

I will keep you posted! Has anyone else contacted a lawyer with any response?
