In July 2008 I purchased a $ 29.95 version of Advanced Registry Optimizer thru http://store.zoombli.com It "Appeared" to work fine untill I was sent an e-mail of an up grade. Upon downloading what I thought was a fix or up-grade i discovered i downloaded a demo-trial version that replaced my full paid version. I have sent several e-mails to Systweek for technical support as my system now locks-up and i have to constantly re-boot to get on line. I have had no response as of Jan 4th, 2009. These people "Claim" to be Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and they advertise a claim of support from download.com editor review dated May 2007.
If anyone wants to start a class action lawsuit, please see me.
