I've had a hideoulsy similiar experience as the other gentlemen with Advanced vending. My salesperson, Dan Carter, lured me in with a newspaper ad in the Houston Chronicle. He made it sound fool proof. I entered into the deal with my friend, who has 3 young kids to support, one in chemotherapy.
I got the same runaround from Steve foreman that the other gentlemen did. Steve told me that his rep quit and took the leads with him. I have been in touch with Advanced Vendings customer service department. Their contract is in writing and they have said they will honor their contract. Actions speak louder than words. Ive had to find my own locations and place my own machines. Also, their freight company, Yellow Freight, is an absolute joke. They overcharged me and Im still waiting on my refund of $195. Stay away from Advanced Vending. Bad news.
