Advanta Bank outrage Salt Lake Utah

i was issued a card from advanta bank,[credit card] saying for the first 3 mths it was charging 9% and after it will go to max12% according to libor

anyway i got this new statement from them, and they have raised my interest rate to 35%,are they mad,i call them and ask them to lower my rate,all they say is sorry sir we cannot do anything at this time.this why these bank like these need regulation,and they should all fall. i am reporting this to the banking association and the BBB. they are a rip off to consumers

i am not paying this i am outrage,even the federal govt do not charge banks 35% why are they ripping off consumers.
