I'm speaking with them over the phone. I had received an offer in the mail about a low 2.99% rate providing you spend $50 / mo in new charges. The guy over the phone offered me 2.99% no strings attached. I said, "you mean I won't have to spend $50 a month on new charges?" He said, "No."

After a few months, interest rate goes way up to 24%. I call to complain. They said they'll take care of it. Next month, nothing happens, still paying outrageous interest rate. I call again. This time they say they will not honor what was told to me over the phone since it should have never been offered. Bait and switch, pure and simple.

I admit I was stupid to trust them in the first place.
