Advanta Credit Card - REQUEST FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT! AGREED TO A 9.99 FIXED RATE FEE - NOW IT'S UP TO 34%! IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?? Utah

I signed up for a small business line of credit with Advanta. I was specifically told that the interest rate would be 9.99% fixed. It was brought to my attention that the rate went went up - to 34%!!! I sent them a "notice" - that I've decided that the balance due is a "gift" and no repayment is necessary at all. This "notice" seems to be just as legal to me as they're charging 34% interest, just because they feel like it.

How can that be legal? I'd definately like to get involved in a class action suit against this company.

I, for one, am tired of being ripped off by the government, the oil companies, the FDA, the US food source providers, the illegal aliens - since when is 34% interest legal???? Can they decide to charge 50%? 75%? Your right arm or a kidney?

Time 4 Changes ... Time to file a class action lawsuit.
