I ordered a tape to learn to speak Spanish.
After listening to tape did not help at all,so I decided to send it back. I sent it back in the package that it was sent to me. I have not received a refund and now they are telling me that they have, not received the item. And they refuse to send me a refund of $79.00 that is owed to me. It is not my fault that they do not have the tapes I did send them back. No Company should be allowed to rip Customers off and get away with it.

Let me get this straight, you ordered the product, you received the trial offer, installed the software and listen to the audio cds, never canceled during the free trial period, then received the full lessons and were billed. Sounds like you got all the information found on the product you could, then are trying to return it without paying for the information. ( Try returning opened box software to any major retailer) Good luck. The terms and conditions are clearly stated when ordering.
