The claim that ADvantage LED manufactures their signs in China? Up to three years ago, I as a professional independent video producer traveled to ADvantage LED's crowded manufacturing facility in southern California, and I have in my possession hours of video which I shot of signs being manufactured right here in the U.S.A. 

I also personally shot and produced many hours of unscripted, unrehearsed, uncoerced testimonies from sign owners throughout the state of Texas, Louisiana, and even in Kingston, Jamaica. I had complete editorial content control of every production, and I personally attest I never altered any testimony in any shape or form that would make the sign owner's video false or misleading.

Chris Ma, and the entire staff were extremely adamant about providing the best customer service. Over a period of about three years which I was involved as a contractor, I witnessed ADvantage making tremendous strides in product development Never was any part of their facilities off limit, and never any question unanswered. Not every product manufactured no matter who you purchase from will never experience problems. There are going to be components which are lemons. But I saw many, many signs which worked and worked well and talked with many satisfied clients.

That is my testimony and I'm sticking to it.

I could not help but laugh when I read this article.   I KNOW for a fact that the lovely little poor Andrea is the author of this article...she and her husband Emanuel.  Both of these people are directly responsible for lies and false accusations against Advantage LED.  I challenge them to prove THIER claims!  I have know both of these people for several years.  I in fact even worked with them!  Emanuel is a chronic lier, and has recently been arrested for illegal activities.  One thing is clear...both Andrea and Emanuel are on a personal mission to do what ever it takes to bring a bad light on the finest LED Company in the U.S.!  Advantage LED has hundreds of great customers!  Where in the world would you ever find a company who's customers allow the use of thier phone numbers in the testimonials?  NO ONE!  Andrea was for sure fired!  Poor performance means....like Donald Trump says "YOUR FIRED".  Don't believe what a disgrunteled X employee is saying...so not true!   

I've been in the electronic display industry as an independent rep for over 12 years.  I've worked with and consulted for, the largest manufacturers and resellers in the world.  I seriously doubt that you could find a company that has less than 10 'fair' cases where they could be labeled as a ripoff.

I've personally experienced multiple situations (with multiple companies) where a customer made a non-refundable deposit and then defaulted. I've never seen one of these situations where the customer did not then blame the company.

I personally know and respect the owner/management team of Advantage, as well as several other companies. Here are a couple of facts:
1. Advantage has hundreds of thrilled clients.
2. Advantage is one of the few companies who provides PHONE NUMBERS of their happy clients in their testimonials.
3. They have done business with international corporations and have massive credibility.
4. Their superior product and pricing makes them the target of other manufacturers and sign companies.
5. They have some of the largest displays in the world installed in the US and elsewhere...
6. Regarding the displays being made in China: Advantage is the ONLY company I know of in the industry that doesn't even use any PARTS from China. Visit their factory in Walnut, CA and watch the displays being manufactured.

Based on my experience with the integrity of these people, and their phenomenal reputation with hundreds of satisfied clients, my best guess is that the complaints on here are from either a disgruntled employee or a company who is losing a lot of business to them. ("Must remain anonymous in hopes that I will get my sign..." puhlease!)
Call the Advantage office and ask to speak directly to the manager or owner of the company and you will find a drastically different experience than the person complaining told you about.
