My husband was deployed and I had to arrange for our move to another state. James gave me a quote that was fair at first. He said NOTHING would change that quote.
When the movers arrived, the quote was changed. The driver didn't make the delivery date. When the driver arrived, he was alone. He had several deliveries in one truck. The driver had to put our items on the wet ground outside.

We had broken items and scratches on our new lcd TV ( my husbands welcome home gift). They will not return my phone calls and now their number has changed. I have learned a lot from this. Now we are having problems getting reimbursed from military travel.
