Advantage Vip Visa Card - Cardtraffic.com - Icardservices - WTS Bank direct immediate and continued checking account debiting ripoff Internet

Forty days ago I applied for an internet advertised and unsolicited e-mail ad for an advantage VIP Visa card which I can load with any amount, and use on line or in stores to make purhases and transactions. This company cleverly asked for my checking account number which I submitted not knowing that they were going to immediately debit my account by IBill electronic charge for $145.00.

I called and a customer service representative said I shouldn't worry that the card is worth it as I don't have to be submitting my important account number or credit cards on line to merchants I hardly know, that they will mail me the card after 45 days. I questioned why it had to take such a long time and why my account was being debited by so much, immdiately.

On day 40, I still hadn't received the card and my account was debited againg by IBill electronic charge for the sum of $29.95. This time I was pissed off. I called the company customer service line to find out why; and guess what? They said I can unsubscribe and they will stop debiting my account immediately, but that there is no refund of any sort!

I don't understand how there can be no refund for services not yet delivered, not yet rendered, and not fully disclosed! I have been ripped off, just honestly shopping for a reloadable card I can use for my small miscellaneous online transactions.
