Advantage Windows Was sold Titan T Series ,in contract. Ply Gem Contractor Series 2000 installed against my wishes Dayton, Tennessee

On October 8, 2010, Advantage Windows of Chattanooga, TN salesperson came to my home to demonstrate their vinyl replacement windows.  I was told at this time that Advantage Windows manuafcture all windows and have their own crew for installation, no sub-contractors involved.

The type of replacement windows was to be Titan T-Series.  At this time a purchase agreement was made for above Titan T-Series windows.

When the windows arrived at my home I noted that Titan T-Series was not on sticker.  The attached sticker was Ply Gem - Contractor Series 2000DH. I asked the installation crew why the difference on sticker - I was told that Mike Stewart said the windows were correct and told the crew to install.

Thew crew (two) started removing the existing windows and installing the new replacement windows.  I again informed the installers that I was not satisfied with the new window manuf. label and I wanted to talk with Mike Stewart before continuing with installation.

Mike Stewart arrived and told me that these were the correct windows. I was not satisfied with the way the job was progressing and told Mike to stop installation.  He told his crew to continue and was very verbal as Marvin stated in filing on ripoffreport.com.
