Ordered "free trial" of Advlimil. Never requested monthly supplies. Have been receiving monthly orders and being charged $35.00 monthly for an item I never requested to sign up for. Called the customer care line only to be told by the computer voice that my wait time would be over 5 minutes to talk to someone.

Was very difficult to locate web site again to request online cancellation and credit of my credit card. After taking over 30 minutes from site to site to locate the correct site, I finally was able to fill out a report for cancellation. Printed the automatic response saying they will cancel and send a confirmation to my e-mail. Still waiting!!
