 I've been using Advocare products for 3 yrs. and never have had a problem. I do a cleanse every 90 days as recommended by the company and it has always worked. It had never constipated me. As a matter of fact my dr who is normally highly skeptical about similar supplements from other companies looked at Advocare products highly recommends them a started using them himself as well as recommends them to all his patients now.

 I have been using Advocare products. The cleanse being on of them. I have had absolutely no problems. I have even let my doctor look at the products and advised me that he normally does not recommended supplements, "cleanses" , or energy drinks of any kind but said Advocare products appear highly nutritious and I should continue to use them. In fact he has started using them himself when prior to see Advocare products he had never been a fan of such products he now recommends Advocare to all his patients. On top of that he will not use anything else. As for the cleanse I use it every 90 days as recommended. It has never constipated me in fact it does quite the opposite and does it's jod which is cleans me out and gets me regular again. If the cleanse constipates you I would assume there is an underlaying problem not related to the Advocare products.
