I became a member of Advocare earlier this year. I gave it an honest try but found that it was not going to be a fit for me. I followed the ridiculous rules for resigning and returned my product for refund along with the necessary paperwork. Several days later a refund check for $16.92 arrives. I sent them back over $2000 worth of purchased product. Of course customer service is not available until Monday. Very eagerly awaiting some sort of explanation and correction.

 Hey Jack, do you work for Advocare? You sure are defensive of them. I am not the only one on the internet complaining about Advocare. Did you bother to check my update on this? No, of course not. You are just another know it all busy body who has to put in his worthless two cents when the subject concerns you not at all. Again, which department at Advocare do you work in? Next time, Jack (is that short for jack*** or jack***), don't accuse someone you don't know of something you are guilty of when you have nothing to do with the issue. In other words, STFU!

You people irritate me. Your claim has no validity to it. You werent happy so you went on a rant. How do i know? You filed this before you even talked to them. You said they were closed until monday meaning you dont even know if the rest of your "hundreds of dollars" was on its way. Describing ridiculous rules is an opinion, sorry if the truth hurts. As far as anyone can see your making this up. You have bo claim #, person you talked to, time of day, you have nothing. All this is as a rant and if anyone uses this review to prove the company is whatever then your no smarter than this person.

Not As Bad As I Thought

Contacted ADVOCARE customer service first thing Monday morning. Seems they could not follow simple instructions arranged during the previous contact which caused them and I a lot of confusion and problems. Had they simply issued refund to the new card I had put on file instead of a couple of dead credit cards that were used for the original purchases we would not be here right now. 

My refund was shy a couple hundred dollars by my estimation but was much better than the thousand or so I originally thought I lost.

My advice, be careful with ADVOCARE.
