My brother sent it to me because he asked for help. I copied it from his email.

 

Hello,

We sealed the R 26 Billion Gautrain Railway contract for our government. They traced a bribery case against our chambers and we won the case because they have no evidence against us. I have moved the funds to US Virgin Island. I need you to assist me to relocate the US$ 23,620,725 to any account you will provide; it is my 1% commission of the Muiltibillion project worth of US$ 2,362,072,526.94 which they labelled bribery.
 
 
I have proofs and documents to back up the legitimacy of the US$ 23,620,725 transaction but I really need your help as my life and family are under threat due to political influence attached in the transaction. I really need your assistance for the best interest of my 2 little daughters and unborn child; just in case I go down. You definitely have nothing to worry as I urge you to reply to my humble approach with your full and correct contact information.

You must know that US$ 23,620,725.00 is a very huge amount and the golden opportunity will never come again in our lives as I guarantee successful transaction without any risk as long as you follow my instructions.
 
I attached copy of my ID as requested with agreement which you will sign for our mutual benefit to protect our individual interest against betrayal. 
 
I will email the approval documents to you for your perusal when it is ready until we meet face to face in your country for equal sharing of the money; but the original copies of the documents will be forwarded to the paying bank before they will transfer the funds to any account that you will provide since our part of the contract have been completed. I therefore look forward to your prompt response and fast action towards the claim.

I asked  Michael Joseph if he could meet our attorney in his local area but he refused it.
We realized that is a scam. I believe that would be "419" scam.
 
I told my brother, DON'T send any money and his full name, address, and phone number to Mr. Michael Joseph.
