AdvoPay Advocate Merchant Solutions, Inc. They told us there was no contract or termination fees. Inaccurate fees and charges. Never gave us the terms and agreement to read and sign Fishers Indiana

In the last week of June 2013 Chris Greenlaw representing AdvoPay/Advocate Merchant Solution assures as that there was no contract or any termination fees involve.

He also never gave me to sign the company term and condition. Once I sign up and started the service it was impossile to get in touch with him. He also made me purchase an older model machine which will be absolete in another year.

After a few month i started to see a few fees that were not mention(like charging me $23 and up statement fees) that was not mention by Chris.  Accoding to the papers it should be more than $7.50

So I decide to go with a new company & I fax my cancellation letter.  We get a phone call Madison Barton from Advo Pay saying they will charge me an early cancellation fee of $750 for not being with them for 5ys. Wells Fargo is the bank demanding the money.

I already lost the money on the credit card machine ($199) and now they want more and will problably try to ruin my credit.They have very poor customer service and since Chris no longer work for AdvoPay they no longer have somebody in CT.

Hope somebody can help me and all the others that have been missled in to false aggreement.

Wells Fargo and Advocate Solution should be ashame to be taking the hard earn money of small bussinesses.
