*NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

Google Adword Support claims that they are a buyer control company. You as a buyer control your ad, cost per click, term of usage, or termination. Goggle also claims that once you pull your ad and pay all of your expenses to the end of your ad, that you want see any additonal charges. However, upon checking the bank statement 3 months later, I find that they had continue to bill me for 3 extra months of expenses on a closed account, and no website in place.

Upon contacting Google they claimed that my account was never closed by me, despite the fact that I received an email stating that my account had been closed,received a confirmation number by them, and a comment stating how to go about reviving closed account if I ever wish to reactive it. What really urks me is that they tell me that these charges are legitimate. I use my mother's card and she is almost 80 years old, this is how the charges on Goggle got overlooked in the first place. I have explained all of this to Goggle and they claim that I will never, ever get a penny back from them. So don't be fooled by the big time name, and the claim that they will never billed you after you suspend your account with them, because they will!!!
