Shawna Wise of AdzZoo came into my store, claiming she would get me on first page of Google.  Intimating that they were google.  She took all the pertinent info for my store, and what my store offers.  Inclusive would be a page that would be clicked to that they wrote based on the info given.

She said it would be $179.00 month, plus $50 set up page fee.  I agreed.  I didn't expect her to bill me the ttl at one time, but that was the least of it.

When she called me to tell me the listing, and page were up.  I looked it up. I couldn't find my company.  It turns out, the listing was on the right side of the page, not where I expected.  I was also listed by my corporations name, not my stores name.  When I clicked on the page, it didn't say any of the bullets of info she had taken, referred to the store with the wrong name, and didn't give any info accurately pertaining to my business.

She connected me with her boss, David Kaufman (352-283-1466).  He apologized, said he would take it off the internet, get it changed and let me proof it before they put it back up.  This never happened.  When I checked again, they changed it, but not with the pertinent info I had given them in the beginning.

I called David, he said he would get back to me the next day.  He didn't.  I called again, and he said he was putting my refund through, and would call the next day to confirm.  He didn't.  I called again, and he had his boss, and owner of the company call me (Kevin Anderson) who made excuses for the salespeople being new, and I am not allowed to see what they write before it is put up, etc.  He tried to get me to go with them, but I wanted out.  He said he would refund the money to my credit card.  He called me later in the day, and said he was charging me for it being up for 2 weeks, which it hadn't.  He charged me 1 months worth, which is adding insult to injury.

Poorly informed of AdzZoo

AdzZoo sells to those willing to do this for a MINIMUM of 3 months. If you chose the cheapest package (you get what you pay for) then you can break it up into payments, but in this case it didn't sound like your rep did that. It sounds like this whole thing was a basis of poor communication between you and the rep. It happens in every business, but all that you mentioned is just not how we do things. I apologize that it happened, but it's not a rip off, you just had a bad experience. I can understand why you were charged and how, but it wasn't to rip you off. We don't even really make anything off that small of sales, and our company is geared towards the mid-level packages-its affordable and effective. It should've been taken care of and I assure you this is the first I've ever heard of it going this way. But it's not entirely fair to call the company a rip-off in front of the entire web because you had poor communication.
