I purchesed a new laptop battery from my IBM Thinkpad fro Aeon. I got it a few days later and did exactly what I was supposed to with the installation and such........it wouldn't charge, so I thought it was the ac adapter, so I bought a new one (not from Aeon.....locally) and it still won't hold a charge. I'm now trying to get them to give me a replacement for it.
