I needed a battery for my Camcorder and look on the internet. I saw my battery at a very good price and I bought it with a battery charger for the battery. I used my credit card Citi Bank (another screwing). The site said one year warranty and thirty day return if you don't like it. but you need a RMA number to return anything and you call a long distant number or on the internet.
I open package and my battery charger was defective. No problem I had a year warranty. So I wrote for a RMA number to return the unit for a replacement. about six times. No reply so I called the number for my RMA number. You never get a person , just an answer machine telling you to leave information and someone will call. I called the number o about 10 times no one returns my call. So after about a month trying to get an RMA to return my powersupply I call my trusted credit card company and reversed the chargers. Now they will call me with a RMA number. Yea right.
after a month my credit card company reversed the bill back to me telling the company refuses to refund . I told the credit card company I would love to return the unit, but if I don't have a rma number how can I return it. it will be cent back refused. So now I am paying twice for shipping . Now if I sent it back with out a rma and it is returned I might get a refund, but then the company will want me to sent it back again a third Shipping charge plus return receipt. Even though it is fraud because they have in writing that they will replace your unit if it is defective my credit company said if they refuse my unit back because it has no RMA number that is my problem they will do nothing about it. Citi Sucks also

last month I ordered a battery for my HP Pavilion dv9000, from Aeon Batteries Corp. when i received the new battery and connected the charger, the LED light of the battery didn't blink. i sent them an email asked for the explain. after some communication they said it had nothing to do with me, I have no problem with that, they will sent me a new battery. I returned the battery and one weeks later I got a new battery from them. All I want to say is that you should wait for it patiently and it could be do better, I have great admiration for Their customer service.

Two months ago, I bought a battery from Aeon corporation-espow.com, because I would go on a trip after 3 days, so I hope they will send the battery to me within three days. I known that they are generally in 2-5 working days to send the battery.I send an email to them about my ideas. I am pleasantly surprised that they gave me back a message and tell me that they will do everything possible to meet my request. Sure enough, three days later I received a battery. I have to say that the company left me a deep impression . If I would also like to buy a battery, I will not hesitate in buying the battery from the corporation.

I wanted to share a great experience I have had recently with Aeon battery. I bought two laptop batteries about a year ago. The first battery suddenly died on me after about 11 months. I went to their website and could not find a working phone number. Then I saw your earlier complaint and thought I'd been ripped off too. However I emailed them at service@espow.com with copies of my original email and payment via Paypal fully expecting a run-around.
Instead I got a pretty quick response from Rocky. He seemed genuinely concerned and after diagnosing the problem via email, he agreed to send me a new battery and instructed me where to return the old one. Once they got back the old one they sent me a new one. I charged it up about 10 days ago and it is working just fine. All in all I'd say this was excellent customer service. I would do business with them again.

Up Date !!!!!!!!!!! I did get a e-mail from the company telling me they tried to e-mail me many times and never got through to me. I wrote back to them that I was a electronic Tech and I gave up trying to return the power supply back so I took it apart and soldered it and now it is working. He said that even though I fix it he gave me a rebate and sent me a check in the mail and told me that he was sorry we did not connect. I am very happy working with the gentleman name Rocky. and I feel safe working with this company again. The Battery that I bought from them was one third the price and work just as great as the one I paid much more for. Thank you Rocky for restoring my faith in your company again. I love your batteries and will order more. Jerome Spinola I just wrote this up-date in july but the problem was taken care of many months ago
