I agreed to purchase a water system for my home if 1. It could be installed on a porcelian sink 2. Could get credit approved for 50.00 month & 7.99 % interest rate.
I never got a call from the credit card people GEMoney/Aerus but I did get a call from the plummer. He said he could not install the system on a cast iron porcelian sink and that he would call the office and let them know. I asked him to come by just to look at it and he never showed.
One week later, I received a statement from GEMoney for my purchase and the interest rate was 24.99%. I never received a truth and lending statement or any paper work. I had 3 business days to cancel. I thought it had been cancelled but Aerus opened my account the next day on Sunday the 29th. I found out that the account is actually Tammi's (a girl in the Aerus office).
They are scam artist and doing unethical business practices.

I received a call from the customer service rep from Aerus/Elextrolux and the President of the company became involved. My complaint was handled completely and swiftly and I thank them for their help to resign this matter with the Savannah office. I have always found Elextrolux to be a good and fair company.
